Vislow Resort

Spent 4 nights here. Good things: - Insanely polite and helpful service. All of them: reception, bar, spa, restaurant, cleaning service, everyone. - New, clean and bright rooms with spacious bathrooms, tea and coffee. - Dogs- and children-friendly. - Buildings have rooms for your skis and other equipment to dry. - Resort's computer system available through the room tablet makes it easier to order room service. - The resort offers a decent selection of Polish books and board/card games to borrow while you're there. - Beautiful area around the resort, a few hiking trails, nice views from the windows. - Good breakfast with a broad choice of dishes and a few rotating ones, so things don't get boring. - Clean saunas, swimming pool and jacuzzi. Minor complaints and improvement ideas: - The floor right outside the pool are (next to the massage area entrance) is insanely slippery when wet. - The sauna door is always slightly ajar letting out the hot air. Might be worth adjusting it a bit. - The sauna itself could be hotter and some water to pour over the hot stones would be appreciated. - I'd consider expanding the board games options. "7 wonders of the world" would be a nice one addition. - Adding an online reservation system for the spa services may make life easier for the guests. Potentially for the staff as well. - It would be helpful if the room's tablet also showed the breakfast and dinner menus for a given day. - Could use a pavement connecting the resort to the main road but that's outside the control of the resort.

Nice people, nice place (like brand new), nice food - we will be back. That simple. Contemporary apartments, great beds, top clean, great breakfast with everything you could dream of - and on top of that in a great location. Everything you need for a relaxing stay in the midst of nature. At check out they let us have the apartment 3 hours longer so we could shower after our Sunday bike ride. Can highly recommend the place and the people. Hotel and restaurant both.

I'm extremely happy with the location, room service and overall quality of the place. The hotel is separated into block of flats, which is great because you have that home feeling or home vibe. The only downside is with the small kids you have to go out to get into different block where you have playroom or game room and so on. Otherwise best place I've been to so far.

I would like to share with you my opinion about up and downsides of the Vislow Resort. Downsides: - extra payment for parking ( it should be added initially to the main price). Otherwise through extras price becomes quickly higher than expected - cot for kids below 2 years costs extra 50zl ( unbelievable!) for this hotel standard it is not acceptable in compare to European Standard - very small swimming pool Upsides: - amazing breakfast and buffets - very high standard of the apartment - they respect the nature and use also environmental friendly products - it is a amazing location, among the forest - I love the playroom with ONLY wood toys, many nice books available - cozy bar - very pleasant SPA - place where u can rest and have also your space without being overwhelmed with people

The overall experience at Vislow resort is on 6 stats. But there are 2 areas to improve. But to start with all great points. The reservation: it was worth to give a call and got a discount. The reception works 24 h so evening call was ok, they have nice website, convinient online payment. The receptionists also speak English fluently. The accomodation in overall is like good 4star hotel, even with room service if you order something from restaurant. The appartment is super spacious, new, modern, in every detail reading a one line of the design idea like across all Vislow brand. All that details like welcoming message on a screen, "Have a nice day" on the main door, all in Polish and English, an elevator, convinient room for keeping your skis, boots, with drinking water machine are very thoughtful. On the top floor there is a terrace open for everyone, with a view on mountains. All territory is nice, with a tiny lake in the center, children playground. In the room there are an iron, iron board, a safe, slippers, bath robes, a Nespresso coffe machine and even full bar for you. The kitchen is fully equipped too. There is a modern system of floor heating and modern TV easy to connect to your device for streaming. There is a room cleaning everyday too.The breakfast: absolutely is one of the best, very tasty, better than in some very high level hotels, a lot of variety of food, just no drinking water ( that was weird), only juices. One thing here there are not enough seats for all guests in the facility in the same time. Winter season caused a bit of crowd at the main entrance queuing for a table ( around 9 am usually). The lobby is great, with a bar, couches, you can also order food here. Spa: very nice, new, relaxing, with professional services. The body scrub and massage is just must try. Again was one of the best I have ever tried. About spa zone - there is a tiny swimming pool, very small for such a big resort, no places for all to have a rest after saunas, the not for kids mainly. Jacuzzi is always crowded as only one, and located outside, so attracts all guests. The restaurant: definitely not a main focus of the business. There is the same space as for breakfast, nothing changing in the evening. The menu is supposed to be special, but it is too special. My dish - goose breast was tasty, yes, like gourmet, but service was not attentive, not for such prices, and menu presented. Summarising it is not very attractive as for having full meal, only like for degustation of something new but not sure thing. I wouldn't recommend, there are other amenities around this resort for lunches and dinners. Or it will be improved for something solid. Definitely we will come back for winter or summer stay, as the resort, it's location next to the small waterfall, is just awesome.

We spent a weekend in the Vislow Resort and it was really nice experience. Everyone was trying to speak in English with us (there were a few misunderstandings, for example, we were told that the massage takes 15 (fifTEEN) minutes, but in reality, it was 50 (fifTY) minutes long + we wanted a Classic massage, which is rougher than the Relax massage, but we got the Relax one). Even tho, we can´t really complain, it was a pleasant weekend whole of fantastic food and nice people in a beautifully quiet environment. We haven´t experienced a single problem whatsoever. Like yes, the pool is smaller than you would expect from such a big resort, but you can simply wait till the later hours for the pool without people. We really appreciated that the breakfast is till 11 AM and the bar is open till 10 PM. Maybe they should advise you of any trip tips when they are asked to, but we managed to find some ourselves (try the Dream Park Ochaby, it´s 30 km away and it´s totally worth it even with no kids.) I can tell that this weekend wasn´t the last time we visited the Vislow Resort.
